Meet Melrose Apple! Daughter to Applejack and Soarin~

Melrose is the youngest of the SoarJack clan, but she's certainly the most forward and would be deemed the leader, if there were one. Mel loves her family's farm with all her heart, so much she wants to share it with the world! And franchise it. She spends a lot of her time pressuring and trying to convince her mother to retire, and let her run Sweet Apple Acres the way Mel knows it was meant to be! She dyes her mane and gives herself an adorable beauty mark to make herself appear as an icon for the farm, a spokemodel if you will. 

Fun facts!:
While she loves her brothers, Mel also hates her brothers. They care next to nothing about the farm and therefore she tries to distance herself as much as possible.
When she was a filly, Mel wanted nothing more than to be just like her mom.
She was an odd one in the Apple family, being the first in her class to get her cutie mark.
Despite wanting to be just like her mom, the other adult Mel modeled herself after was Rarity. She knew she had to be a beauty to get her brand across.
Melrose is very close with Berry Tart and Cherry Sour, being one of he three fillies part of a bullying pack in grade school.
